Shipping Disclaimer Please note that once your order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and shipping delays caused by carriers.

Additionally, we are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided to us upon order. If you entered the incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it. If the order has been shipped out to the incorrect address, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and make attempts to retrieve the package. If the package is returned to us, you are responsible for the additional re-shipping costs. Returned packages are not subject to refunds.
