Defective Items In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. To expedite the process, please provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item along with your order details when contacting us.
Cancellations If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible upon placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not entered the production phase. However, as our items are custom-made, once production has begun, typically within a few hours, we cannot cancel orders.
Refunds Refunds will only be issued for orders that have been canceled and meet the cancellation policy above and orders with defects that is caused by our production outcomes. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please contact your financial institution on questions return processing timeframes.
Processing Timeframe Please note that our processing time for all orders is typically 5-7 business days upon the date of order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be notified of shipping and tracking information. Shipping may be delayed during holidays and due to high volume orders.
